What is the return policy?
At Weekend House, each canvas is individually hand-painted with care to create a unique, high-quality piece. Because of the nature of our hand-painting process, all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
When will I get my order?
We take great care to ensure your canvas arrives safely and in perfect condition. Please allow up to 14 business days for your order to be carefully prepared and shipped.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Shipping times vary depending on your location and are separate from our processing time.
Do you offer shipping?
Yes! Weekend House currently ships within the United States only.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on current carrier rates and the size of your order.
What arrives with my order?
Each order includes a canvas only.
My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your order arrives damaged, please email us at hello@shopweekendhouse.com as soon as possible. We’ll review the issue and work with you to make it right.
